Participants will explore layered facial anatomy including skin, vasculature, foramina, and the SMAS, with focused evaluation of microvasculature, perforators, and critical structural connections such as the zygoma and temple. The day integrates live demonstrations, guided scanning, and extensive hands-on practice to reinforce accurate identification of anatomy and high-risk zones.

Advanced applications include ultrasound assessment of danger zones for neurotoxin injections, ultrasound-guided complication management, and practical experience with hyaluronic acid visualization and Hylenex concepts. The afternoon is heavily hands-on, featuring multiple live model scanning sessions to build confidence translating ultrasound findings into safer treatment planning.
