Dr. David Hill is a world-renowned, fellowship-trained, board-eligible plastic surgeon in Chicago and the Medical Director of Fulcrum Aesthetics. He is an active member of the American College of Surgeons (ACS), a candidate for active membership for the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), and an active member of the Illinois Society of Plastic Surgeons - ISPS.
Dr. Hill believes aesthetic surgery should enhance what already exists rather than dramatically change it. His work is guided by a deep respect for anatomy and a commitment to results that appear effortless and harmonious.

Brittony Croasdell, MS, FNP-BC, APRN is the Clinical Director and Co-Owner of Fulcrum Aesthetics and Surgery, a Chicago-based wellness and plastic surgery center specializing in aesthetic medicine, regenerative therapies, and advanced surgical care. Internationally recognized for her expertise, Brittony brings over a decade of experience in non-surgical facial restoration, regenerative modalities, and complication management.
She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from DePaul University and a Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Massachusetts Boston, maintaining board certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Brittony is known for blending clinical precision with a deeply personalized, patient-centered approach, Brittony has become a trusted leader in aesthetic care.
